About Joanne
My name is Joanne Griffith. I'm a Realtor with MaxWell Devonshire Realty and I proudly serve clients in Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Strathcona County, County of Parkland and Sturgeon County with a commitment to provide you with all the knowledge and tools necessary to make crucial decisions, whether buying or selling a property .
When deciding on a Realtor, one of the most important considerations is to choose someone that has an extensive knowledge of the marketplace. With a career that has spanned close to two decades I continually strive to be the best that I can be for my clients. I continuously upgrade my qualifications which include Associate Broker, Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Sellers' Representative Specialist SRS.
My dedication towards my clients is irrefutable as is my commitment to represent you in a timely manner, respectful of your needs and considerations. With today’s frantic pace, I truly “get” how busy you are and I am cognizant of your timelines and concerns.
In my spare time I enjoy long walks in our beautiful River Valley, hiking in the mountains, live concerts and theatre, spending quality time with family and friends and I love to dabble in gourmet cooking.
